Privacy notice
Marina'22 Real Estate is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. This is the full notice; next to every form on the site there is a short version that points here.
What data we collect
What you give us in the forms: name, email, phone and the message you write, plus the property or area you were looking at. If you subscribe to alerts, also your email and the search criteria you set. We do not ask for sensitive data and we ask you not to include it in your message. When you visit the site, your browser shares technical data with our server, such as your IP address, which we use to run the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
To handle your request, reply to you and contact you about the property or search you told us about, and to follow up on a purchase, sale or rental. Those purposes are necessary to serve you. In addition, only if you agree or subscribe, we send alerts and suggestions for other properties that match your search. If you do not want those, write to us at [email protected] or use the unsubscribe link in every email; saying no does not affect how we handle your request.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only when your transaction requires it, with notaries, lenders, owners or developers taking part in it, and with authorities when the law requires it. If you do not agree to that transfer, write to us at [email protected]; if you tell us nothing, we will understand that you accept it. We also use providers that process data on our behalf, such as hosting for the site and our platform, email and WhatsApp Business, and all of them are bound by the same confidentiality.
Cookies and tracking technologies
This site uses no first-party, analytics or advertising cookies. It does use the audience measurement of Cloudflare, our network provider, which counts visits without cookies and without following you to other sites. It stores in your browser, without sending it to anyone, which theme and language you prefer. Some pages load third-party content: maps come from Google and videos from YouTube, and both load only when you ask for them. Those providers may receive your IP address and apply their own policies. If we ever add analytics or advertising, we will update this notice before doing so.
Your rights and how to withdraw consent
You may request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition to the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. Give your name and a way to reply, attach a copy of an ID, and describe clearly the data and the right you want to exercise. We reply within twenty days at most and, if your request is upheld, we carry it out within the following fifteen days. Both periods may be extended once for an equal period. The process is free. If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you may turn to the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will publish the current version here with its date. If what changes is how we use your data or who we share it with, we will tell you at the email address you gave us.
