Property information

Prices, availability and features of each property are informational and may change without notice. Nothing you see here is a binding offer or reserves a unit: final information and conditions are confirmed in writing with an advisor before any transaction. Photos, videos and renderings are illustrative, and square meters and measurements are approximate; the figure that governs is the one in the deed or the contract. Properties belong to their owners or developers, and Marina'22 Real Estate acts as an intermediary.

Payment plan calculator

The calculator on development pages is a reference tool. Figures depend on what you enter and on the reference exchange rate, they are not a price commitment or a financing offer, and the final plan is set by the developer in the contract.

Not tax or legal advice

Site content, including area guides and notes on trusts, taxes or purchases by foreigners, is informational and does not replace advice from a notary, a lawyer or an accountant. If you are not Mexican and the property sits in the restricted zone, that is within 50 kilometers of the coast or 100 of the border, the purchase is normally made through a bank trust; a notary will tell you what applies to your case.

Intellectual property

The brand, design, texts, photos and videos on this site belong to Marina'22 Real Estate or to their authors and owners, and are used with permission. You may view them and share links for personal use. You may not copy, sell or use them commercially without written authorization.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep information current, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the site will run without interruption. Marina'22 Real Estate is not liable for decisions made solely on what the site says, for the content of third-party sites it links to, or for indirect damages, to the extent the law allows. None of this limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. This does not affect your right to turn to Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Agency when it applies.
